The Hammond brothers take great pride in keeping the tradition that was started by their Father and Uncle, two generations ago. Through hard work, dedication and a commitment to you, we are excited in continuing to provide our loyal patrons, our baked-fresh-daily patties and pastries along with our most delicious cooked meals for you, your family and friends for generations to come. Under a watchful eye, brothers Wayne and Richard Hammond have been successful in expanding Hammond's Bakery to two stores conveniently located in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas, to better serve our diverse customer base.

We also take pride in mentioning that our products are available for shipping anywhere in the United States. Our chefs and bakers have been caring for the perfectly mixed secret recipe over the years to ensure we always preserve our authenticity and quality above all. Our patties provide the most succulent flavors along with the flakiest crust, making for a wonderful snack, lunch, dinner, or treat with family and friends. We also offer our patties and other delicious treats in Hors d’oeuvres/Cocktail sizes for all your entertaining.

We have customers today that first had our patties while in the arms of their parents. Now, they bring their grandchildren in for what is internationally acclaimed as the best Jamaican patties! This is what gives us the most joy; the many accolades from generations of customers from where we began in the cool hills of Mandeville, Jamaica, to sunny Miami, Florida since 1979.
